The restaurant is divided into the Ground Floor and the Mezzanine, with a total seating capacity of 70 guests.
Private parties of 20 to 30 people can be comfortably accommodated on the Mezzanine.
Chef Philippe started at a royal palace in Cambodia, then fell in love with Thailand after 20 years on the road.
In 2005, he went on to design Thai Airways’ First and Business Class menus.
